Born in 2011 TALENTED ARTIST
DaShawna is an energetic and inquisitive girl who is incredibly loving. She has a beautiful smile and enjoys dressing up in pretty clothes and getting her hair styled. The more sequins and frills the better! DaShawna is happiest playing at the playground, riding a bike, playing with her tablet and dolls, singing and dancing, and drawing. She also likes to go on outings and run errands with her caregivers. DaShawna enjoys going to school and prefers “real” school to virtual learning because she likes to see her friends.
She has lived in homes with pets and would love to have a dog in her adoptive home! DaShawna hopes her adoptive family will go on vacations and thinks it would be nice to have older siblings. She has several siblings of her own and would appreciate a family that will help her stay in contact with them.
DaShawna is open to families of any race or ethnic background and has done well with single parents as well as couples. DaShawna longs for a place to call home and parent(s) who will support her medical and emotional needs.
