International Adoption Program Vietnam

As of September 1, 2008 the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) governing adoptions between the U.S. and Vietnam has expired.  All new referrals of children have been suspended pending the negotiation of a new MOU.  We will update the website when there is news about a resumption of adoptions from Vietnam.  If you have any questions, please contact the International Program.
