Crisis Intervention Services

Skilled listeners staff our crisis line, which is available to provide immediate telephone crisis counseling to families in need of counseling services. In addition, clients are provided with possible resource referrals.
Crisis Intervention Services are offered in the form of an immediate assessment and time-limited interventions in life-threatening or volatile situations. The caring staff at the Post Permanency Resource Center connect the family in crisis to an appropriate provider that best meets the needs of the family.

The Crisis Line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
at 202-526-4802

All calls will be handled with confidentiality and services will be rendered anonymously at the client's request.
