Post Placement and Finalization Reports for Court Filing
3 Post Placement Reports	$1050
Finalization Report Includes the Commisioner's Confidential Report (a statistical report for DSS in Richmond); Birth Certificate report (for Dept. of Vital Statistics); and miscellaneous court acknowledgements in addition to the Report of Visitation.	$ 550

Miscellaneous Travel Fees will also be assessed.
