Thank you for taking the time to find out more about Adoptions Together as a resource to help you build your family. We offer both domestic and international adoption services and would like to help you design an adoption plan that best meets your needs. Since we opened our doors in 1990, we have placed more than 3,000 children in loving homes. We strive to make the adoption process as simple, straightforward, and as satisfying as possible. We are excited for you as you begin what will be a challenging, exciting, frustrating, rewarding, joyful, lifelong journey.

Planning and preparing for the journey of adoption is not unlike preparing for any type of journey – the two essentials remain the same: information and education. The best adoptive parents are the ones who are well informed at the outset, and who have an openness and expectation that they will need to continue this learning process throughout their lives as adoptive parents.

As you consider adoption, you will likely ask yourself many of the following questions:
• What type of adoption should I choose?
• Should I adopt internationally?
• If so, from which country?
• Or should I adopt from the United States?
• Do I adopt an infant, toddler, or school-age child?
• How do I choose an agency?
• What is a home study?
• How long is the process?
• What happens after placement?

Need answers? Please join us for a free information meeting or download our program information packets. We look forward to answering your questions and to the opportunity to assist you in your adoption journey.
