Children In Common is a charitable program of Adoptions Together. We continue to support those children who remain in orphanages in Russia.

There are reportedly more than 700,000 children living in orphanages in Russia. The orphanages receive enough government aid to supply the children with basic food and a minimum of clothing, but that's all. Many of the orphanages are old buildings which have fallen into disrepair. Some of them have no bathing facilities for the children.

Children In Common solicits donations of funds and supplies for orphanages. Year around, we pack and send boxes overseas with parents traveling to adopt. Children in Common supports valuable programs that assist teenagers in orphanages to prepare for independence.
